Here is an old article that I wrote with my business mentor at the time, the epic Nick Tumminello.

It’s a pretty hefty series of quad building exercises together with some workouts putting these together logically for those wanting to hurt themselves in a wonderful way. It also goes a little into why women should not just care about glutes, both from a health as well as a physique perspective.
