Working with Susy over the last 18 months has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. She has worked to structure a program around my goals, and as my goals have changed over time adapted the program to work for me. Susy has helped me troubleshoot both my squat and deadlift that had previously left me in pain, injured or both and now I lift bigger numbers while remaining pain and injury free.
